Customer Quality Engineer - Nidec Electronics (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.

• ตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์ข้อร้องเรียนด้านคุณภาพจากลูกค้า
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในเพื่อหาสาเหตุรากเหง้าของปัญหาคุณภาพ
• ดำเนินการและติดตามการแก้ไขและป้องกันปัญหาที่พบ
• จัดทำรายงานคุณภาพและนำเสนอต่อลูกค้าและผู้บริหาร
• สนับสนุนงานด้านคุณภาพในกระบวนการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่

• ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ, วิศวกรรมการผลิต วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ 0-2 ปีในสายงานคุณภาพหรือการผลิต (ยินดีรับผู้จบใหม่)
• มีความเข้าใจพื้นฐานในระบบบริหารคุณภาพ เช่น ISO 9001 หรือ IATF 16949
• ทักษะการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
• ความสามารถในการสื่อสารและประสานงานกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
• ความสามารถในการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน เช่น Microsoft Office
• หากมีความรู้ด้านเครื่องมือคุณภาพ เช่น 8D, 5 Why จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
