Procurement Officer - Nidec Electronics (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.

• ประสานงานและติดตามการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างสินค้าและบริการตามความต้องการของหน่วยงาน
• ตรวจสอบและเปรียบเทียบราคาจากผู้จำหน่ายหลายรายเพื่อให้ได้เงื่อนไขที่ดีที่สุด
• จัดทำเอกสารและใบสั่งซื้อ (Purchase Order) รวมถึงสัญญาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ติดตามสถานะการจัดส่งสินค้าและบริการเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามกำหนดเวลา
• บันทึกและจัดเก็บข้อมูลผู้จำหน่ายและประวัติการจัดซื้ออย่างเป็นระบบ

• ปริญญาตรีสาขาการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ การจัดการซัพพลายเชน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง 0-3 ปี ยินดีรับผู้จบใหม่
• มีความสามารถในการใช้งานโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน เช่น Microsoft Office, SAP
• ทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองและการสื่อสารที่ดี
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและสามารถจัดการงานเอกสารได้ดี
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและบริหารจัดการเวลาได้
• หากมีประสบการณ์ในระบบ ERP จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
