Responsibilities
- ติดตามและควบคุมดูแลงานด้านติดตามเร่งหนี้สิน งานด้านนิติกรรมสัญญา เอกสารทางกฎหมาย งานจดทะเบียนใบอนุญาตต่าง ๆ งานด้านคดีความ และงานด้านการให้ข้อคิดเห็นทางกฎหมายของบริษัทฯ
- ติดตามและควบคุมดูแลการดำเนินการเกี่ยวข้องกับตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย
- ติดตามและควบคุมดูแลการดำเนินงานด้านไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาท รวมถึงการบริหารจัดการด้านกฎหมายกรณีมีข้อพิพาทเกิดขึ้น
- ติดตามและควบคุมดูแลงานด้านการประชุมของที่ประชุมผู้ถือหุ้น ที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการบริษัท
- ติดตามและควบคุมดูแลการดำเนินงานของฝ่ายนิติการ
- เป็นผู้รับมอบอำนาจหรือทนายความในการดำเนินคดีความใด ๆ แทนบริษัทฯ
- ดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับการจดทะเบียนธุรกิจหรืองานจดทะเบียนใบอนุญาตต่าง ๆ ของบริษัทฯ
- แนะนำและให้ความรู้ทางกฎหมายบุคลากรในฝ่ายนิติการเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินกิจการของบริษัทฯ
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขานิติศาสตร์
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านกฎหมายอย่างน้อย 7-10 ปี
- มีใบรับรองทางวิชาชีพใบอนุญาตว่าความ
- มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษระดับดี
- มีความรู้ความชำนาญด้าน Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) Internet และ E-mail เป็นอย่างดี
