Responsibilities
• สำรวจและวิเคราะห์ความจำเป็นในการฝึกอบรม (Training Need) และจัดทำแผนงานฝึกอบรมประจำปี
• จัดทำและทบทวนเส้นทางการฝึกอบรม (Training Road Map)
• จัดทำแผนงบประมาณ (Budgeting) การฝึกอบรม
• ควบคุม ดูแล ตรวจสอบการจัดฝึกอบรม In-house, Public ให้เป็นไปตามแผนที่กำหนดไว้
• วิเคราะห์และจัดทำวางแผนการสืบทอดตำแหน่ง (Succession Planning), การบริหารคนเก่ง (TalentManagement), การพัฒนาสายอาชีพ (Career Planning), แผนพัฒนารายบุคคล (IDP)
• ร่วมจัดทำ ทบทวนและปรับปรุงคำบรรยายลักษณะงาน Job Description (JD) ของแต่ละตำแหน่งงานตามโครงสร้างองค์กร
• ควบคุมดูแลและจัดทำแผนงานการสื่อสารภายใน รวมถึงการจัดกิจกรรมต่างๆ สำหรับบุคลากร
• ควบคุมดูแลและติดตามการยื่นรับรองหลักสูตรกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน
• สอนงาน ให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำ ถ่ายทอดความรู้และทักษะที่จำเป็นสำหรับการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากร
• พัฒนาและปรุงกระบวนการระบบงานพัฒนาและฝึกอบรมให้สามารถลดขั้นตอนการทำงาน / เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
• ปริญญาตรี สาขารัฐศาสตร์, นิติศาสตร์, สังคมศาสตร์, บริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานด้านฝึกอบรม
• ประสบการณ์การพัฒนาบุคลากร การสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ อาชีวอานามัยความปลอดภัย
• ประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านทรัพยากรมนุษย์ 7 ปีขึ้นไป
• มีประสบการณ์การออกแบบหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมและจัดทำแผนฝึกอบรมทั้งระบบ
• เป็นคนรุ่นใหม่ ไม่ติดกรอบ ชอบความท้าทาย และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้เป็นอย่างดี
• ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี
• หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านงานโรงพยาบาล จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
