Responsibilities
1. วางแผนการดำเนินงานทางด้านการเงิน แผนปฏิบัติการของหน่วยงาน การวางแผนและวิเคราะห์ทางด้านการเงิน ตลอดจนติดตาม ให้คำแนะนำกลยุทธ์ทางด้านการเงิน และประเมินผลการดำเนินงานของหน่วยงาน ปรับปรุงขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานต่างๆ ที่ถูกต้องเป็นปัจจุบัน
2. กำกับ ดูแล และวางแผนการดำเนินงานของฝ่ายการเงิน
3. ควบคุมกำกับดูแลการรับเงิน – จ่ายเงินให้เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไข
4. ตรวจสอบรายได้ประจำวัน ดูแลการนำส่งฝากเงินเข้าธนาคาร
5. ตรวจสอบการจ่ายค่าธรรมเนียมแพทย์/รายงานโอนเงินผ่านธนาคาร
6. วางแผนและควบคุมการจัดทำงบประมาณการเงินสดและวางแผนจัดทำงบประมาณประจำปี
7. จัดทำรายงานทางการเงิน นำเสนอผู้บริหาร
8. ร่วมเป็นคณะกรรมการงานคุณภาพ เช่น คณะกรรมการสารสนเทศ คณะกรรมยา คณะทำงาน UCEP
9. ติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงานประจำวันของทีมงาน ในด้านอัตรากำลังทีเหมาะสมและการบริหารที่ถูกต้อง
10. .ติดตามเรื่องพฤติกรรมการให้บริการ พร้อมให้คำแนะนำผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
11. ประสานงานกับแพทย์/ฝ่ายการพยาบาล/ผู้เกี่ยวข้องภายใน/ภายนอกโรงพยาบาลในการแก้ไขปัญหา
12. ประสานงานกับธนาคารด้านช่องทางการรับเงิน การจ่ายเงิน รวมถึง การจัดการทางการเงิน เช่น หาแหล่งเงินฝากเงินลงทุน
13. รับผิดชอบร่วมลงชื่อ เปิด - ปิด บัญชีเงินค้ำประกันของพนักงาน
14. วางแผนงานด้านการเงินให้มีระบบการควบคุมตรวจสอบอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพรวมถึงการจ่ายคือเงินค่าธรรมเนียมแพทย์ให้แพทย์อย่างถูกต้องตามนโยบายของบริษัท
15. โอนเงินระหว่างธนาคารให้ได้รับผลตอบแทนที่เหมาะสมและมีความเสี่ยงต่ำ
16. ดูแลการรับเงิน – การจ่ายเงิน – นำฝากเงินของกองทุนเพื่อสวัสดิการเพื่อ
17. อื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านบัญชีการเงิน 5 ปี และประสบการณ์หัวหน้างาน อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
• ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ / มีความเข้าใจในระดับปานกลาง
• มีทักษะในการสื่อสารได้ดี เข้าใจง่าย ตรงประเด็น
• สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรม Ms.Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
• มีบุคลิกดี มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีความซื่อสัตย์สูง
