Responsibilities
• วิเคราะห์ความจำเป็นในการฝึกอบรม (Training Need) และจัดทำแผนงานฝึกอบรมประจำปี
• จัดทำและทบทวนเส้นทางการฝึกอบรม (Training Road Map)
• จัดทำแผนงบประมาณ (Budgeting) การฝึกอบรม
• ดูแลและติดตามการยื่นรับรองหลักสูตรกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน
• วิเคราะห์และจัดทำวางแผนการสืบทอดตำแหน่ง (Succession Planning), การบริหารคนเก่ง (Talent Management), การพัฒนาสายอาชีพ (Career Planning), แผนพัฒนารายบุคคล (IDP)
• วิเคราะห์และทบทวนคำบรรยายลักษณะงาน Job Description (JD) ของแต่ละตำแหน่งงานตามโครงสร้างองค์กร
• ควบคุมดูแลและจัดทำแผนงานการสื่อสารภายใน รวมถึงการจัดกิจกรรมต่างๆ สำหรับบุคลากร
• วิเคราะห์และดำเนินการจัดอบรม เพื่อพัฒนาพฤติกรรมบริการ (Excellence Service Behavior (ESB))
• ควบคุมและกำกับดูแลพฤติกรรมการบริการของบุคลากร
• ควบคุมการใช้ทรัพยากรในฝ่ายพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์และองค์กรให้ลดลง
• ควบคุมและติดตามการการยื่นรับรองหลักสูตรกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน
Qualifications
• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโท สาขาการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ พฤติกรรมองค์การ จิตวิทยาอุตสาหกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในงานพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ หรือการพัฒนาองค์กร โดยมีประสบการณ์ในภาคธุรกิจโรงพยาบาลหรือบริการสุขภาพจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีทักษะด้านการออกแบบหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรม การบริหารโครงการ และการประเมินผล
• มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ดี
• มีความคิดเชิงกลยุทธ์ พร้อมลงมือปฏิบัติจริง (Strategic + Hands-on)
• หากมีประสบการณ์ในระบบ ISO, HA หรือ JCI จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• เป็นคนรุ่นใหม่ ไม่ติดกรอบ ชอบความท้าทาย และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้เป็นอย่างดี
• หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านงานโรงพยาบาล จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
