Responsibilities
- สนับสนุนการดำเนินงานด้านทรัพยากรมนุษย์ในทุกส่วนงานของฝ่าย ได้แก่ งานสรรหาและคัดเลือกบุคลากร (Recruitment & Selection) งานค่าตอบแทนและสวัสดิการ (Compensation & Benefits) งานฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาบุคลากร (Human Resource Development) งานจัดทำข้อมูลและเอกสารด้านค่าจ้างและเงินเดือน (Payroll)
- จัดเตรียม ตรวจสอบ และจัดเก็บเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานทรัพยากรมนุษย์ให้ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอกองค์กรที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดทำข้อมูล รายงาน และสนับสนุนกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ของฝ่ายทรัพยากรมนุษย์
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
- สัญญาจ้าง 6 เดือน
Qualifications
- อายุ 22–35 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office โดยเฉพาะ Excel และ Word ได้ดี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถรักษาความลับขององค์กรได้
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานทรัพยากรมนุษย์จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศ
