Responsibilities
บริหารและกำกับดูแลงานเภสัชกรรมผู้ป่วยนอก (OPD) และผู้ป่วยใน (IPD) ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพเภสัชกรรมและมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย
วางแผน ควบคุม และพัฒนาระบบการจ่ายยา การบริบาลทางเภสัชกรรม และการให้บริการด้านยาให้มีประสิทธิภาพ ถูกต้อง และปลอดภัย
กำกับดูแลและพัฒนาระบบ Medication Safety รวมถึงการป้องกันและลดความคลาดเคลื่อนทางยา (Medication Error) และอาการไม่พึงประสงค์จากยา (Adverse Drug Event)
บริหารและพัฒนาระบบบัญชียา ร่วมกับคณะกรรมการเภสัชกรรมและการบำบัด (PTC) รวมถึงการคัดเลือกยาให้ได้มาตรฐาน
พัฒนาระบบ Pharmaceutical Care ทั้งในกลุ่มผู้ป่วยนอกและผู้ป่วยใน รวมถึงกลุ่มผู้ป่วยที่ต้องได้รับการดูแลเฉพาะทาง
บริหารจัดการคลังยาและเวชภัณฑ์ ควบคุมต้นทุน ปริมาณสินค้าคงคลัง และลดปัญหายาขาดหรือยาหมดอายุ
กำหนดมาตรฐานการให้บริการ ติดตามความพึงพอใจ วิเคราะห์ข้อร้องเรียน และพัฒนาคุณภาพการบริการอย่างต่อเนื่อง
บริหารและพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรในฝ่ายเภสัชกรรม วางแผนกำลังคน การฝึกอบรม และประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน
ส่งเสริมการพัฒนาคุณภาพและนวัตกรรม (CQI) เพื่อยกระดับมาตรฐานงานเภสัชกรรมของโรงพยาบาล
ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาเภสัชศาสตร์
มีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพเภสัชกรรม
มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านเภสัชกรรมโรงพยาบาลไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี
มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารงานเภสัชกรรม ทั้งระบบผู้ป่วยนอกและผู้ป่วยใน
มีความรู้ด้านระบบบริหารความเสี่ยง ความปลอดภัยด้านยา และการบริหารคลังยาและเวชภัณฑ์
มีทักษะการบริหารทีม การวางแผน การแก้ไขปัญหา และการตัดสินใจ
มีภาวะผู้นำ สามารถประสานงานและทำงานร่วมกับทีมสหสาขาวิชาชีพได้ดี
มีทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ
สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี
