Responsibilities
- วางแผนและเข้าตรวจสอบทรัพย์สินรอการขายของธนาคารกสิกรไทย ซึ่งครอบคลุมการครอบครองตามเอกสารสิทธิ์ การแสดงสิทธิ การรักษาสิทธิ และการเข้าครอบครองทรัพย์สิน
-รวบรวม และรายงานข้อมูลสภาพทรัพย์เพื่อประโยชน์ต่อการพิจารณาขายทรัพย์
-จัดหาตัวแทนดูแลทรัพย์สิน และควบคุมให้การดูแลเป็นไปตามนโยบายบริษัท
-ติดต่อ สำนักงานที่ดิน หน่วยงานราชการและรัฐวิสาหกิจ อาทิ ชี้แนวเขต /รับรองแนวเขต/คัดค้านแนวเขต
-รายงานข้อมูลสภาพทรัพย์ พร้อมเสนอแนวทางการจัดการที่เป็นประโยชน์เพื่อรักษาสภาพทรัพย์ ให้ทรัพย์อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมขาย และดึงดูความสนใจจากผู้จะซื้อ
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุระหว่าง 22 - 30 ปี (เพศชายผ่านการคัดเลือกทหารแล้ว)
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
- มีความรู้ความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ MS Office เช่น Word , Excel
- มีบุคลิก และมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี
- สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้และมีใบขับขี่รถยนต์
เงินเดือน Compensation: 15000 บาทBath
