Responsibilities
1. ติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานจ่ายสินค้า
2. ดูแล ติดตามงานการรับ-จ่ายสินค้าประจำวัน, ใบส่งสินค้า, ใบแจ้งหนี้, ระบบรับคืน-ลดหนี้, การโอนย้าย Location, ประสานงานบัญชี
3. ติดต่อประสานงานกับฝ่ายการตลาดและหน่วยงานอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
4. แก้ไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงานที่เกิดขึ้นประจำวันของพนักงานจ่ายสินค้า
5. ตรวจสอบเอกสารการรับ-จ่ายสินค้าประจำวัน
6. ช่วยฝ่ายขนส่งติดตามรถที่ไปส่งสินค้า กรณีลูกค้าโทรตามสินค้า และรับเรื่องจากการตลาด กรณีมี Order ฉุกเฉิน
7. รายงานและผลการปฏิบัติงานและปัญหาให้รองผู้จัดการแผนกรับทราบ
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง (หากจบบัญชีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานบัญชีคลังสินค้า 3 ปี ขึ้นไป
- มีความอดทน และ ทนต่อความกดดันได้ดี
- มีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน ละเอียดรอบคอบ
- สามารถวิเคราะห์ปัญหา มีไหวพริบในการแก้ไขปัญหาได้ดี
- มีความสามารถในการติดต่อประสานงานเป็นอย่างดี
