Responsibilities
- ศึกษาและประเมินความต้องการฝึกอบรมของพนักงานเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายและวัตถุประสงค์ขององค์กร
- สร้างโปรแกรมฝึกอบรมที่มีประสิทธิภาพเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะและความรู้ของพนักงาน
- ประสานงานและจัดการฝึกอบรม ทั้งในรูปแบบการเรียนการสอนในห้องเรียน การฝึกอบรมออนไลน์ หรือการฝึกอบรมนอกสถานที่
- ติดตามและประเมินผลการฝึกอบรมเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าพนักงานได้รับประโยชน์จากการฝึกอบรมและสามารถนำความรู้ที่ได้ไปปรับใช้ในงานจริง
- ปรับปรุงและพัฒนาโปรแกรมฝึกอบรมอย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อตอบสนองต่อความเปลี่ยนแปลงและความต้องการขององค์กร
- ยื่นรับรองหลักสูตรกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน
Qualifications
- วุฒิ ป.ตรี สาขาทรัพยากรบุคคล และสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 3 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถทำงานในสภาวะแรงกดดันได้ดี
- มีความสามารถด้านการจัดการงานเอกสารดี
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมพื้นฐานได้ (Microsoft office)
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
