Responsibilities
-คำนวณ,วางแผน,ปรับแผนผลิตให้หน่วยงานต่างๆ สามารถผลิต Finished good ได้ยอดเป้าหมาย
-ประสานงาน / แผนกต่างๆ เพื่อให้ได้รับข้อมูลตรงกันเพื่อให้ง่ายต่อการวางแผนของหน่วยงานอื่นๆ
-คอยส่งสัญญาณท/ เตือน ผจก.ผลิต หรือหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเมื่อมีสิ่งผิดปกติในการผลิตเกิดขึ้น (Unplanned ,Unforeseen cases)
-สรุปข้อมูลทางด้านต้นทุนการผลิต รวมทั้ง Corporate KPI,Yield and Utilization
-วางแผนผลิตสินค้ากาก / น้ำมัน ให้สอดคล้องกับยอดการขาย
-จัดทำเอกสารวางแผนใช้ถั่วผลิตกาก / กลั่นน้ำมัน (Forecast) ให้สอดคล้องกับยอดขายในเดือน / ปี นั้นๆ Balance stock สินค้าให้อยู่ในระดับปรกติที่สุด
-สรุปแผนผลิตรายอาทิตย์ และรายเดือน เพื่อให้ข้อมูลทั้งฝ่ายโรงงาน และสำนักงานใหญ่ Up-to-Date
-จัดการเอกสารสรุปข้อมูล ต้นทุนการผลิต (Monthly หรือ Upon Request)
-วางแผนเพื่อควบคุมต้นทุนให้คุ้มค่าที่สุด กับแผนผลิตที่เหมาะที่สุดในสถานการณ์ ณ.ช่วงเวลานั้น
Qualifications
-ป.ตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ การจัดการอุตสาหกรรม โลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 5 ปีขึ้นไป
-มีประสบการณ์ด้านวางแผนการผลิต / วางแผนจัดการวัตถุดิบ (Production Planning / Supply Chain / Central Planning )
-มีความรู้ระบบ ERP,MRP,SAP หรือโปรแกรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล การพยากรณ์ และการบริหารโครงการ
