Responsibilities
1.บริหารและควบคุมงานของแผนกซ่อมบำรุง เพื่อให้เครื่องจักร อุปกรณ์ และระบบสาธารณูปโภคสามารถทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและปลอดภัย
2.วางแผนและดำเนินการซ่อมบำรุงเชิงป้องกัน (PM) และซ่อมบำรุงเชิงแก้ไข (CM) เพื่อลดเวลาหยุดเครื่องและยืดอายุการใช้งานของเครื่องจักร
3.ดูแลและพัฒนาทีมช่างซ่อมบำรุง รวมถึงจัดสรรงานและฝึกอบรมเพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพของทีม
4.บริหารจัดการสต็อกอะไหล่และควบคุมงบประมาณการซ่อมบำรุงอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
5.วิเคราะห์ปัญหาการขัดข้องของเครื่องจักร ค้นหาสาเหตุ และวางมาตรการแก้ไขและป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดซ้ำ
6.ประสานงานฝ่ายผลิตและฝ่ายวิศวกรรมเพื่อสนับสนุนโครงการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพและเป่าหมายการผลิต
7.จัดทำรายงานผลการซ่อมบำรุงการวิเคราะห์เวลาเครื่องหยุด และการใช้พลังงานเพื่อนำเสนอผู้บริหาร
8.ควบคุมการปฎิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานด้านความปลอดภัย คุณภาพ และสิ่งแวดล้อม
Qualifications
1.วุฒิการศึกษา ป.ตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่อง,อุตสาหการ และสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2.มีประสบการณ์ด้านการซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม
3.มีความรู้ระบบซ่อมบำรุงเชิงป้องกัน ,สาธารณูโภค และระบบควบคุมอัตโนมัติ
4.มีความสามารถในการวางแผน วิเคราะห์ และบริหารจัดการทีม
5.มีทักษะในการบริหารงบประมาณและทรัพยากร
