Responsibilities
1.วางแผนและควบคุมการผลิต จัดทำแผนการผลิตทั้งในระยะสั้นและระยะยาวให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของลูกค้าและเป้าหมายของบริษัท รวมถึงจัดสรรทรัพยากรให้เพียงพอ
2.ตรวจสอบการดำเนินงาน ติดตามและควบคุมกระบวนการผลิตเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าทุขั้นตอนเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด และส่งเสริมการผลิตที่มีคุณภาพ
3.ปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการผลิต
4.บริหารจัดการทีมงาน ควบคุมและดูแลพนักงานฝ่ายผลิต ให้คำปรึกษาและแนะนำเพื่อพัฒนาความสามารถของทีมงาน พร้อมทั้งกระตุ้นให้เกิดความร่วมมือภายในทีม
5.ตรวจสอบมาตรฐานคุณภาพ ดูแลให้กระบวนการผลิตเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพที่กำหนด เช่น ISO,GMP,HACCP หรือมาตรฐานอื่นๆที่เกี่ยงข้อง ประสานงานระหว่างฝ่ายต่างๆ ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายต่างๆ เช่า ฝ่ายวางแผน ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ และฝ่ายควบคุมคุณภาพ
6.รายงานผลการผลิต จัดทำรายงานผลการผลิต วิเคราะห์ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น
7.วางแผนงบประมาณประจำปี
Qualifications
1.อายุ 35-45 ปี
2.ป.ตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3.มีทักษะการวางแผนและการบริหารงานอย่างเป็นระบบ
4.มีประสบการณ์โรงงานอุตสาหกรรมอาหารจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
