Responsibilities
• วางแผน กำกับดูแล และพัฒนาระบบการชั่งน้ำหนัก รวมถึงกระบวนการรับ–จ่ายสินค้าให้มีประสิทธิภาพ ถูกต้อง และเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท
• กำหนดจุดควบคุม (Control Point) และกำกับดูแลการตรวจสอบชนิดและประเภทสินค้าให้ถูกต้องก่อนดำเนินการชั่งน้ำหนักและจัดส่งทุกครั้ง เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามความต้องการของลูกค้าและข้อกำหนดในการส่งมอบ พร้อมบันทึกผลการตรวจสอบในระบบ ERP หรือเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและความครบถ้วนของเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานโลจิสติกส์ วิเคราะห์สาเหตุของข้อผิดพลาด และกำหนดมาตรการป้องกันและแก้ไข (Corrective & Preventive Action)
• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายบัญชีเพื่อให้กระบวนการปฏิบัติงานเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดและนโยบายทางบัญชีของบริษัท
• บริหารจัดการระบบเครื่องชั่งรถบรรทุก และประสานงานกับฝ่ายซ่อมบำรุงในการบำรุงรักษา ตรวจสอบสภาพ และแก้ไขปัญหาให้พร้อมใช้งานอย่างต่อเนื่อง
• ควบคุม กำกับ และพัฒนาแนวทางการใช้งานระบบ ERP เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ ความถูกต้อง และความโปร่งใสในการบริหารจัดการข้อมูลด้านคลังสินค้าและโลจิสติกส์
• วางแผนและจัดสรรกำลังคนให้เพียงพอและเหมาะสมต่อการจ่ายสินค้าให้ลูกค้า เพื่อให้การส่งมอบเป็นไปตามแผนและมาตรฐานการบริการ
• จัดทำแผนงบประมาณประจำปีของหน่วยงาน และกำกับติดตามการใช้จ่ายให้เป็นไปตามแผนและเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
• บริหารและพัฒนาทีมงานให้สามารถปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เป็นไปตามนโยบาย ระเบียบปฏิบัติ และเป้าหมายขององค์กร
