Responsibilities
1.วางแผนการซ่อมบำรุง
- จัดทำแผนงานซ่อมบำรุงเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) และเชิงแก้ไข (Corrective Maintenance)
- กำหนดตารางการตรวจสอบและบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักร อุปกรณ์ และระบบต่างๆ
2.การจัดการทรัพยากร
- ประเมินความต้องการด้านอะไหล่ วัสดุ และอุปกรณ์ที่จำเป็นในการซ่อมบำรุง
- จัดสรรทรัพยากรบุคคลและเวลาให้เหมาะสมกับแผนงานซ่อมบำรุง
3.การตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์
- วิเคาระห์สาเหตุของปัญหาในเครื่องจักรและระบบเพื่อหาแนวทางป้องกัน
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการซ่อมบำรุงและวิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของเครื่องจักร
4.ควบคุมต้นทุนและประสิทธิภาพ
- ควบคุมต้นทุนการซ่อมบำรุงให้เป็นไปตามงบประมาณที่กำหนด
- เสนอแนวทางการปรับปรุงกระบวนการซ่อมบำรุงเพื่อลดต้นทุนและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ
5.สนับสนุนงานซ่อมบำรุง
- ให้คำแนะนำและสนับสนุนทีมซ่อมบำรุงในกรณีที่เกิดปัญหาซับซ้อน
- ประสานงานกับทีมงานและฝ่ายอื่นๆ เช่น ฝ่ายผลิต และฝ่ายจัดซื้อ
Qualifications
1.วุฒิ ป.ตรี วิศวกรรมซ่อมบำรุง และสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2.มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
3.มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ ในการปฎิบัติงาน
4.มีประสบการณ์ 3 ปีขึ้นไปเกี่ยวกับการซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม
5.สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
