Responsibilities
- จัดเก็บข้อมูลประวัติ แจ้งขอ E-mail ให้กับพนักงานใหม่
- ส่งข้อมูลพนักงานใหม่ ให้กับประธานเจ้าหน้าที่ปฎิบัติการด้านการบริหารเพื่อขอรับรหัสพนักงานใหม่
- เก็บลายนิ้วมือสำหรับสแกนนิ้วมาเข้าปฎิบัติงาน (ระดับพนักงาน)
- ขึ้นทะเบียนประกันสังคม/เบิกสิทธิประโยชน์ประจำเดือน
- ติดตามการประเมินผลพนักงานระหว่างทดลองงาน
- จัดทำรายงานสถิติการขาด ลา มาสาย ของพนักงานประจำเดือน
- การดึงข้อมูลการการแสกนนิ้วของพนักงานเพื่อให้พนักงานเขียนแบบฟอร์มการขอค่าล่วงเวลา และคำณวนการทำงานล่วงเวลา ของพนักงาน พร้อมส่งเอกสารเพื่อขออนุมัติจากผู้มีอำนาจ
- แจ้งการปรับอัตราเงินสะสมกองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพของพนักงานที่ครบกำหนด
- แจ้งเข้า-แจ้งออก สมาชิกกองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ และ/หรือสมาชิกี่ต้องการคงเงินไว้
- ดูแล จัดทำข้อมูลพนักงาน เข้า-ออก เปลี่ยนแปลงชื่อ-สกุล เปลี่ยนผู้อนุมัติกรณีต่างๆ ของระบบ Chattbot
Qualifications
- วุฒิ ป.ตรี สาขาทรัพยากรบุคคล และสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 1-3 ปี
- สามารถทำงานในสภาวะแรงกดดันได้ดี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การเจรจา และมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office
