Responsibilities
• กำกับดูแลงานสนับสนุนด้านโลจิสติกส์และการปฏิบัติการที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- การบริหารสต็อก รับ–จ่ายเคมีภัณฑ์ บรรจุภัณฑ์ และเชื้อเพลิง
- จัดเตรียมบรรจุภัณฑ์หมุนเวียน (ถุงจัมโบ้ , พาเลท , ถัง 200 ลิตร) ให้เพียงพอต่อความต้องการใช้งาน
- ควบคุมดูแลการทำความสะอาด ตรวจสอบสภาพ และการขนย้ายวัสดุ/อุปกรณ์ รวมถึงการขนย้ายน้ำเสียเข้าสู่กระบวนการบำบัด
- การจัดการแรงงานในการดำเนินการให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
• บริหารจัดการยานพาหนะและอุปกรณ์ปฏิบัติงานในโรงงานให้พร้อมใช้งานอย่างปลอดภัย
• กำกับดูแลการบำรุงรักษาอาคารและพื้นที่โกดัง รวมถึงการป้องกันและควบคุมสัตว์พาหะในพื้นที่โรงงาน
• มีความรู้และกำกับดูแลการปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น Pest Control, สุขาภิบาลโรงงาน, ความปลอดภัย อาชีว อนามัย และมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้องอื่น ๆ เพื่อรองรับการตรวจประเมิน (Audit) จากลูกค้าและหน่วยงานภายนอก
• กำหนดเป้าหมาย แผนงาน และกระบวนการทำงานของแผนกให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายบริษัท
• วางแผนและควบคุมงบประมาณ รวมถึงทรัพยากรให้เพียงพอต่อปริมาณงาน
• ปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพ ภายใต้กรอบความปลอดภัย
• พัฒนาบุคลากร ส่งเสริมการทำงานเป็นทีม และประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• รายงานผลการดำเนินงาน วิเคราะห์ปัญหา และกำหนดมาตรการแก้ไข/ป้องกัน
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
1. วุฒิ ป.ตรี / ป.โท สาขาโลจิสติกส์ , การจัดการ , วิศวกรรมอุสาหการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารจัดการคลังสินค้า และโลจิสติกส์ อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
3. มีใจรักงานบริการ
4. มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้งานระบบ ERP และสามารถนำไปพัฒนาเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการบริหารคลังสินค้า
5. มีทักษะการบริหารทีมงาน การแก้ไขปัญหา และการวางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์ด้านโลจิสติกส์และคลังสินค้า
