Responsibilities
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- จัดทำเอกสารวางบิลและตัดหนี้ลูกหนี้ในระบบบัญชี
- ควบคุมการเก็บหนี้ของลูกหนี้ให้เป็นไปตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
- พิจารณาระยะเวลาและวงเงินเครดิตให้ลูกค้า
- จัดทำรายงานอายุลูกหนี้แยกตามช่องทางการขาย รายเดือน
- จัดทำประมาณการเงินรับชำระหนี้รายวันและรายสัปดาห์
- ตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์สถานะเครดิตของลูกค้าอย่างสม่ำเสมอ เพื่อป้องกันลูกหนี้ที่มีปัญหาเกิดขึ้น
- ปฎิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
คุณสมบัติ
- อายุ 24-35 ปี ชาย-หญิง
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการเงิน การบัญชี หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ด้านติดตามลูกหนี้และพิจารณาวงเงินเครดิต หากเคยทำธุรกิจ FMCG จะได้รับการพิจารณเป็นพิเศษ
- ความสามารถด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ในโปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Power Point ,Excel)
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในการใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางบัญชี SAP จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความคล่องตัวและยืดหยุ่นในการทำงานได้ มีไหวพริบดี แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีความสามารถในการทำงานเป็นทีมและการสื่อสารกับผู้ร่วมงานได้ดี
- มีจริยธรรมในการเก็บข้อมูลที่เป็นความลับขององค์กรและลูกค้า
