Responsibilities
1.Marketing Communications :
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Create and manage marketing collateral, brochures, flyers and presentations.
- Support corporate communications and internal communications initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
2.Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using CRM
- Create engaging content for social media, EDMs, customer references, and industry publications.-
- Manage social media platforms including LinkedIn and monitor engagement.
- Support SEO and digital marketing initiatives to improve online visibility and lead generation.
- Track and analyses campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
3.CRM & Lead Management
- Manage customer databases and marketing contact lists.
- Generate marketing reports and campaign analytics.
4.Events & Exhibitions :
- Coordinate and manage trade shows, customer events and training sessions.
- Support event logistics, registration, promotional activities, and post-event reporting.
5.Trade & Marketing Activity support
- Plan and organize events, exhibitions and trade activities aligned with marketing plan.
-Implement loyalty programs and customer. (CRM & other)
-Build and maintain relationships with business partners to increase brand loyalty and consumer engagement.
-Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to reach new customers with trade activity.
6. Administrative Support
- Manage marketing budgets, purchase requisitions, and vendor coordination.
- Support reporting, documentation, and other marketing-related administrative duties.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Advertising, or a related marketing field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in performance marketing, digital media, or integrated digital marketing roles
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and SEO/SEM strategies and ecommerce media
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in Food Retails, Restaurant, Supplement is highly preferred
- Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who is comfortable with data and willing to assist with various marketing responsibilities as the team evolves.
