Responsibilities
• สนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของฝ่ายเลขานุการบริษัทให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมาย ข้อบังคับของบริษัท และหลักการกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดี
• ประสานงานในการเตรียมการ จัดทำระเบียบวาระการประชุม รวบรวมเอกสาร และบันทึกรายงานการประชุมสำหรับคณะกรรมการบริษัท และคณะกรรมการชุดย่อย
• ดูแลและจัดเก็บเอกสารสำคัญของบริษัท ทะเบียนกรรมการ รายงานประจำปี และเอกสารทางกฎหมายต่างๆ ให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วนและเป็นปัจจุบัน
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานกำกับดูแล (เช่น ก.ล.ต. ตลาดหลักทรัพย์ฯ หรือหน่วยงานภาครัฐที่เกี่ยวข้อง) ในการส่งรายงานและเปิดเผยข้อมูลตามกำหนดเวลา
• ติดตามการเปลี่ยนแปลงของกฎหมายและกฎระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจ
• ดูแลงานด้านเอกสารและงานธุรการอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารจัดการองค์กรตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขานิติศาสตร์ (ได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ) หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในสายงานเลขานุการบริษัท หรือสายงานกฎหมายธุรกิจอย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
• หากมีความรู้เรื่องด้านกฎหมาย หรือหลักเกณฑ์ของหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีทักษะการใช้ภาษาและการสื่อสารทั้งภาษาไทย และภาษาอังกฤษ อยู่ ในระดับดี
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบสูง มีทักษะการบริหารจัดการเวลาและการจัดการเอกสารที่เป็นระบบ
