Responsibilities
• งานซ่อมบำรุง: แก้ไขปัญหาระบบไฟฟ้า-ประปา, เปลี่ยนอะไหล่/หลอดไฟ และดูแลอุปกรณ์สำนักงานตามแผน PM
• งานบริหารจัดการ: จดบันทึกมิเตอร์น้ำ-ไฟ, สรุปรายงานการใช้พลังงาน และบริหารจัดการสต็อกอะไหล่ช่าง
• งานสนับสนุนสถานที่: จัดเตรียมห้องประชุม และดูแลระบบโสตทัศนูปกรณ์ (แสง-สี-เสียง)
• งานควบคุมดูแล: ตรวจสอบการทำงานของ รปภ. และคนสวน พร้อมทำรายงานสรุปการปฏิบัติงาน
• งานประสานงาน: ควบคุมการทำงานของผู้รับเหมาภายนอก (เช่น งานล้างแอร์, ซ่อมลิฟต์) ให้ถูกต้องตามมาตรฐาน
• งานความปลอดภัย: ดูแลการเปิด-ปิดอาคาร และเป็นทีมหลักในการเข้าระงับเหตุฉุกเฉิน
Qualifications
- วุฒิ ปวส. ขึ้นไป (สาขาไฟฟ้า, อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
- มีทักษะด้านงานซ่อมบำรุงไฟฟ้า-ประปาพื้นฐาน และดูแลระบบ IT / โสตทัศนูปกรณ์ (AV) ได้
- สามารถ ขับขี่รถยนต์และจักรยานยนต์ได้ (มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่)
- สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลา (OT) เพื่อเปิด-ปิดอาคาร หรือออกนอกสถานที่ได้เป็นครั้งคราว
- มีใจรักงานบริการ (Service Mind) ขยัน อดทน และประสานงานเก่ง
- หากมีความรู้เรื่องการดูแลสวน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
