Responsibilities
- รับผิดชอบการสรรหาและคัดเลือกบุคลากรทุกระดับให้เป็นไปตามแผนอัตรากำลัง งบประมาณและเป้าหมายขององค์กร
- วางแผนและบริหารกระบวนการสรรหา (End-to-End Recruitment) ตั้งแต่รับใบขออัตรากำลัง การลงประกาศ การคัดกรอง การสัมภาษณ์ การเสนอค่าตอบแทน จนถึงวันเริ่มงาน
- ประสานงานกับผู้จัดการสายงาน เพื่อให้สามารถสรรหาผู้สมัครที่มีคุณสมบัติตรงตามความต้องการและสามารถปิดตำแหน่งได้ตาม KPI / SLA ที่กำหนด
- สัมภาษณ์ผู้สมัครทั้งด้านคุณสมบัติและพฤติกรรม พร้อมทั้งสามารถเข้าถึง/ ประสานงาน และสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับผู้สมัครที่มีศักยภาพได้จากช่องทางต่างๆ
- จัดทำและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการสรรหา (Recruitment Dashboard / Recruitment Tracking) เช่น Time to Fill, Time to Hire, Source Effectiveness, Offer Acceptance Rate และรายงานอื่น ๆ เพื่อใช้ในการวิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการสรรหา
- ติดตามสถานะผู้สมัครและบริหารฐานข้อมูลผู้สมัคร (Candidate Database) ให้มีความถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน
- ดูแลและอัปเดตข้อมูลพนักงานเข้า-ออก (Employee Movement) ให้ถูกต้องและทันเวลา
- จัดทำและปรับปรุงโครงสร้างองค์กร (Organization Chart) ให้เป็นปัจจุบันอยู่เสมอ
- ประสานงานกับผู้จัดการสายงานในการจัดทำ ทบทวน และปรับปรุงใบกำหนดหน้าที่งาน (JD) ให้สอดคล้องกับโครงสร้างและความรับผิดชอบของตำแหน่ง
- ติดตามและประสานงานการประเมินผลการทดลองงาน (Probation Evaluation) เพื่อให้แล้วเสร็จภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
- ดูแลโครงการนักศึกษาฝึกงาน (Internship Program) ตั้งแต่การสรรหา การประสานงานกับสถาบันการศึกษา การดูแลระหว่างฝึกงาน และการประเมินผล
- สร้างและพัฒนาเครือข่ายการสรรหา รวมถึงใช้ช่องทางการสรรหาที่หลากหลายเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการหาผู้สมัคร
- สนับสนุนกิจกรรมด้าน Employer Branding และ Recruitment Marketing ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขาบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล บริหารธุรกิจ จิตวิทยา หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานสรรหาอย่างน้อย 5 ปี และมีประสบการณ์ในระดับหัวหน้างานอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการสรรหาในธุรกิจ Manufacturing หรือ เคยอยู่ Recruitment Agency จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์ในการสรรหาตั้งแต่ระดับปฏิบัติการจนถึงระดับผู้จัดการ
- มีความสามารถในการสัมภาษณ์ผู้สมัคร การประเมินศักยภาพ และการค้นหา/เข้าถึงผู้สมัคร
- สามารถจัดทำรายงาน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และติดตามผลการสรรหาด้วย Microsoft Excel หรือระบบ HRIS ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ สามารถบริหารข้อมูลได้อย่างเป็นระบบ และติดตามงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีความมุ่งมั่นในการทำงานเพื่อให้บรรลุ KPI และ SLA ที่กำหนด สามารถบริหารหลายตำแหน่งงานพร้อมกันได้
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การประสานงาน และการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับผู้สมัครและผู้บริหารเป็นอย่างดี
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง มีความเป็นเจ้าของงาน (Ownership) สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและกำหนดเวลาที่จำกัดได้
