Responsibilities
- บริหารจัดการและกำกับดูแลอัตรากำลังคนในการปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- วางแผนและติดตามการซ่อมบำรุง บำรุงรักษา และปรับปรุงเครื่องจักรด้านไฟฟ้าของโรงงาน 1 และโรงงาน 2
- ดำเนินการจัดซื้ออุปกรณ์และอะไหล่ไฟฟ้า รวมถึงวางแผน ควบคุม และบริหารจัดการอุปกรณ์และอะไหล่เครื่องจักรให้พร้อมใช้งานและมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ติดตามผลการซ่อมบำรุง รวบรวม จัดเก็บ และประเมินตัวชี้วัด (KPI) ด้านประสิทธิภาพของเครื่องจักรไฟฟ้า
- ควบคุม กำกับดูแล และรับผิดชอบงานด้านความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานภายในพื้นที่ที่รับผิดชอบ
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า, วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล, วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานซ่อมบำรุงระบบไฟฟ้าและเครื่องจักรในโรงงานอย่างน้อย 5–8 ปี และมีประสบการณ์ในระดับหัวหน้างาน/รองผู้จัดการอย่างน้อย 2–3 ปี
- มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้าน Electrical Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM) และ Predictive Maintenance (PdM)
- มีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับระบบไฟฟ้าในโรงงาน เช่น Transformer, MDB, MCC, Control Panel, Motor, Inverter/VFD, PLC และระบบควบคุมเครื่องจักร
- สามารถวางแผนและควบคุมแผนซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักร อุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้า และอะไหล่ ให้พร้อมใช้งานและมีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาเครื่องจักรและระบบไฟฟ้า เช่น Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Analysis, MTBF และ MTTR
- มีทักษะในการบริหารทีมงาน การวางแผนอัตรากำลัง การมอบหมายงาน การติดตามผล และการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน
