Responsibilities
- ควบคุมและกำกับดูแลกระบวนการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามแผนที่กำหนด
- บริหารจัดการกำลังคนและควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานฝ่ายผลิตในกะ
- ตรวจสอบการทำงานของเครื่องจักรและประสานงานกับฝ่ายซ่อมบำรุงเมื่อเกิดปัญหา
- แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าในสายการผลิตและวิเคราะห์สาเหตุเบื้องต้น
- ควบคุมคุณภาพสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
- กำกับดูแลและควบคุมการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐาน Safety, 5S และ GMP ของโรงงาน
- จัดทำรายงานผลการผลิต ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น และส่งต่องานระหว่างกะ
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์, การผลิต, อุตสาหการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 3-5 ปีในสายงานการผลิต
- ความรู้ความเข้าใจในระบบเครื่องจักร Automation
