• Provide professional course counselling and recommend suitable study plans based on students’ goals and English proficiency.

• Follow up with prospective students and guide them throughout the enrolment process to achieve sales targets.
• Handle enquiries from students and parents via phone, email, social media, and walk-in visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing students by delivering excellent customer service.
• Process student enrolments, maintain student records, and ensure all course documentation is accurate.
• Coordinate with teachers and the academic team regarding class schedules and student progress.
• Support marketing campaigns, education events, seminars, and promotional activities to generate new leads.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, English, or related fields is an advantage).

• Good command of English (both written and spoken).
• Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive, proactive, and professional attitude.
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).
• Service-minded with a positive and professional attitude.
• Experience in education, administration, sales or counselling roles is an advantage (but not required)
