Responsibilities
- วิเคราะห์ศักยภาพตลาด วางแผนกลยุทธ์การส่งออกสินค้าไปยังตลาดเป้าหมาย
- คัดเลือก แต่งตั้ง และบริหาร Distributor / Importer ในแต่ละประเทศ และสร้างเครือข่ายคู่ค้าต่างประเทศ
- ตั้งเป้ายอดขายให้กับDistributor & Agent ในแต่ละประเทศ และติดตาม Performance ของ Distributor & Agent เพื่อผลักดันยอดขายอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ติดต่อหาคู่ค้าใหม่ ๆ เพื่อขยาย Portfolio และสร้างโอกาสการขายที่เพิ่มมากขึ้น
- ดูแลและผลักดันทีมขายให้บรรลุเป้าหมายในส่วนของความรับผิดชอบด้านงานขาย ( KPI ) และ เป้าหมายยอดขายของทีม ( Sales Target )
- ติดตามอัพเดทยอดขายรายวัน เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการขายที่ตั้งไว้ในแต่ละเดือน
- เข้าร่วมงานแสดงสินค้านานาชาติ (Trade Fair / Expo) เพื่อหาโอกาสในการขยายการขายในตลาดใหม่ ๆ ต่อไป
- รายงานสภาวะตลาดและการแข่งขันให้กับผู้บริหาร
- ให้ข้อมูลและประสานงานเรื่องการพัฒนาสินค้าให้กับหน่วยงาน R&D เพื่อพัฒนาสินค้าใหม่ๆให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของตลาด ณ ปัจจุบัน
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานทั้งในและนอกองค์กร เพื่อส่งเสริมการขาย และเพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายของทีมขาย
Qualifications
- การศึกษาวุฒิปริญญาตรี บริหารธุรกิจ / บริหารธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในด้านขายต่างประเทศ 5 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษทั้ง พูด อ่าน เขียน ได้ดี
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
