Responsibilities

Service design and delivery
– Map the full member journey end to end and draft the written service standards behind every touchpoint
– Coordinate the design and production of member-facing materials and deliverables
– Organise and run full rehearsals of the service before the first members are welcomed, and document
what needs to improve
– Act as the commercial counterpart to the clinical team — coordinate scheduling across departments and
ensure no member experiences an internal gap
Partner development
– Build and manage the shortlist of service partners supporting the programme
– Run first-round outreach, gather proposals, and prepare comparison and recommendation papers for the
Director
– Support the ongoing management of appointed partners
Member pipeline
– Research, qualify and prioritise candidate members against agreed criteria
– Prepare briefing notes on each candidate for the Director and physician leads ahead of every approach
– Coordinate introductions and enrolment logistics end to end
– Maintain accurate pipeline records and reporting
Member feedback and improvement
– Attend and observe early member journeys personally
– Run structured debriefs after each member's key milestones
– Consolidate findings into service revisions and present them to the working team
Market intelligence
– Maintain an ongoing view of comparable premium health offerings in Thailand and the region
– Track pricing, positioning and service design, and produce short written briefs on what matters
Programme coordination
– Maintain the master project plan, milestone tracker and action log
– Prepare steering committee papers and progress updates
– Chase deliverables across departments and escalate blockers early

Qualifications

– Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, health sciences, hospitality or a related field
– 2–4 years' experience in business development, key account management, luxury hospitality, service or
experience design, private banking support, or a healthcare commercial role
– Fully professional written and spoken Thai and English. Written English must be strong enough for partner
correspondence and committee papers
– Confident, poised communication with senior people — able to hold a conversation with a chief
executive, a physician and a banker without losing composure
– Strong PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to turn research into a clear one-page recommendation
– Exceptional organisation and follow-through; much of this role is holding many threads at once without
dropping one
– Absolute discretion in handling confidential personal and health information
Preferred
– Exposure to high-net-worth clients in any sector — private banking, wealth management, luxury retail,
automotive, real estate or hospitality
– Hands-on experience designing or running a premium service journey
– Familiarity with Thai private health insurance
– Genuine interest in preventive medicine, longevity or health technology
