Project Coordinator - Samitivej Public Company Limited

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Executive Secretary, Project Coordinator, PMO Coordinator, or related roles.
• Experience supporting senior executives or coordinating projects involving multiple departments or stakeholders will be an advantage.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously in an organized manner.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with executives, employees at all levels, and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and information synthesis skills, with the ability to summarize complex information clearly and concisely.
• Detail-oriented, highly responsible, service-minded, and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong sense of ownership and proactive follow-up skills, with the ability to drive tasks forward without requiring instructions at every step.
• Sound judgment and discretion, with the ability to maintain the confidentiality of the organization and executives.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to leverage Generative AI and Digital Productivity Tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or other relevant tools to support planning, analysis, summarization, and effective work management.
• Good command of spoken and written English, particularly in business email communication and document preparation.
• Experience in the hospital, healthcare, technology, digital transformation, or innovation project sectors will be an advantage.
