Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities


  • Perform daily accounting transactions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
  • Prepare and verify accounting documents, invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and supporting documents.
  • Record accounting transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and reconcile customer, supplier, and other balance sheet accounts.
  • Assist with monthly and year-end closing activities.
  • Prepare accounting reports and supporting schedules as required.
  • Operate and maintain accounting software, ERP systems, and other finance-related applications.
  • Provide first-level support for basic issues related to accounting software and systems.
  • Coordinate with the IT team or external system providers to resolve system-related issues.
  • Participate in system implementation, enhancement, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Prepare accounting and financial data for analysis and management reporting.
  • Use Microsoft Excel to analyze and reconcile financial data.
  • Prepare reports using tools such as PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, or Power BI.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • Experience using Accounting Software or ERP systems.
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to learn new software, systems, and technologies quickly.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work effectively with both Accounting/Finance and IT teams.
