Cashier - Samitivej Public Company Limited

Key Responsibilities

o    Receive and process customer payments accurately and efficiently.

o    Handle various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, QR payments, and other electronic payment channels.

o    Verify payment amounts and ensure transactions are properly recorded in the system.

o    Issue receipts, invoices, and other payment-related documents to customers.

o    Process refunds, cancellations, and adjustments in accordance with company policies and approval procedures.

Qualifications

o    High school diploma, vocational certificate, or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

o    1–2 years of experience as a Cashier, Finance Officer, Accounting Officer, or in a similar role.

o    Experience handling cash and electronic payment transactions.

o    Basic knowledge of accounting and financial transactions.

o    Good command of basic Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.

o    Experience using POS, cashier systems, payment terminals, or accounting software is an advantage.

o    Good communication and customer service skills.

o    Able to work under pressure and handle multiple transactions efficiently.
