Graphic Designer (Freelance Retainer) - Merlin Entertainments Co., Ltd. (Siam Ocean World Bangkok Co.,Ltd)

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Media Design: Design key visuals, social media content (Facebook, Instagram, LINE), website banners, and ad creatives.
• Offline Media Design: Design posters, leaflets, standees, or point-of-sale promotional materials (if applicable).
• File Management: Prepare and deliver ready-to-use files (e.g., .JPG, .PNG) and original files (e.g., .AI, .PSD) as per company requirements.
• Revisions: Ability to revise 2-3 times per project under the original brief.

Coordination Requirements (Communication & Briefing):

• Briefing: Briefing will be conducted via [specify e.g., Zoom / Google Meet / in-office visits 2-3 times a week] or as previously agreed upon.
• Work Submission: Work will be submitted within 3-5 business days after receiving a complete brief (urgent projects will be handled on a case-by-case basis).
• Communication Method: Communication will be via [specify e.g., LINE Group / Email] during business hours.

• Designing 20-25 still graphic pieces per month.
• Or, allocate based on the complexity of the project, without exceeding the monthly production capacity.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or creative agency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communication Arts, or other relevant field.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop. Knowledge of Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus.
• Possesses a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, branding consistency, and a wide range of design styles (Online & Offline).
• Is highly creative with a keen eye for aesthetics, detail-oriented, and has the ability to translate complex briefs into compelling visuals.
• Ability to "think on their feet" and handle urgent design requests or revisions efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills in Thai (English is a plus) to effectively receive briefs and present design concepts.
• Demonstrates high responsibility, perseverance, and the ability to work independently as a freelancer while meeting all delivery schedules.
• Enjoys staying updated with the latest design trends, digital tools, and online marketing technologies.
