Responsibilities
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- ดูแลลูกค้าและบริหารความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างลูกค้าและทีมงานภายในองค์กร
- ประสานงานระหว่างลูกค้าและทีม Creative / Production / Media เพื่อให้งานเป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย
- เข้าใจโจทย์ลูกค้า วิเคราะห์ปัญหา และนำเสนอแนวทางการสื่อสาร (Communication Solution) ที่เหมาะสม
- สร้างความพึงพอใจให้ลูกค้า โดยให้คำปรึกษาและช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างมืออาชีพ
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารงานขายและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ใบเสนอราคา (Quotation), Memo บันทึกการประชุม, สรุปบรีฟ ฯลฯ
- ติดตามความคืบหน้าของงาน ควบคุม Timeline และดูแลให้งานส่งมอบตรงเวลา
- แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี และสามารถบริหารสถานการณ์ภายใต้แรงกดดัน
- สามารถทำงานนอกเวลา และมีความยืดหยุ่นตามลักษณะงานเอเจนซี่ได้

Qualifications
คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ
- ทุกเพศ อายุ 24 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขาย หรือ Account Executive อย่างน้อย 1–2 ปีขึ้นไป
- หากมีประสบการณ์ทำงานในเอเจนซี่โฆษณา จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี ร่าเริง บุคลิกภาพดี และมีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ยอดเยี่ยม
- มีความเข้าใจในงานด้าน Communication / Marketing Communication เป็นอย่างดี (สำคัญมาก)
- สามารถรับแรงกดดันได้ดี และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีทักษะในการสร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ระยะยาวกับลูกค้า
- เคยมีประสบการณ์ดูแลลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับ Wellness จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
สถานที่และเวลาทำงาน- ทำงานจันทร์ - ศุกร์ เวลา 08.30-17.30 น.- Hybrid Working 3 วัน สลับเข้าออฟฟิศ ทำงานที่บ้านและทำงานข้างนอกบริษัท ไอคอนเกษตร จำกัด
