Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Relationship Management:
- ดูแลความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า สื่อสารความต้องการ และรักษาความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า
- วิเคราะห์ความต้องการของลูกค้า และเสนอแนวทางหรือบริการเพิ่มเติม
* Project Planning & Coordination
- รวบรวมและวิเคราะห์บรีฟจากลูกค้า และถ่ายทอดสู่ทีมภายในอย่างแม่นยำ
- วางแผน Timeline, Scope of Work และ Budget ของแต่ละแคมเปญ
- ติดตามความคืบหน้าของงานให้เป็นไปตามกำหนด
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของงานก่อนส่งมอบให้ลูกค้า
* Team Collaboration & Internal Communication
- ประสานงานระหว่างทีมภายในได้เป็นอย่างดี มีประสิทธิภาพ
* Campaign Performance Analysis
- ใช้เครื่องมือ Data Visualization เช่น Google Data Studio เบื้องต้นได้
- สื่อสารผลลัพธ์ให้ลูกค้าเข้าใจได้อย่างเข้าใจ
* Budgeting & Documentation
- จัดทำใบเสนอราคา, เอกสารสัญญา, ใบแจ้งหนี้ และดูแลเอกสารอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
* Crisis & Real-Time Response
- แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า ควบคุมสถานการณ์ และบริหารทีมภายใต้แรงกดดัน
* มี Connection กับลูกค้าภายนอก
Qualifications
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Account Executive / Client Service อย่างน้อย 3–5 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารดีเยี่ยม ทั้งการเขียนและการพูด
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ Multitasking ได้ดี
- มีพื้นฐานความเข้าใจด้าน Marketing Funnel, KPI และ Data Analysis
