Responsibilities
1.บันทึกบัญชีและจัดทำรายการทางบัญชี (Book Keeping) อย่างถูกต้องตามหลักการบัญชี
2.ตรวจสอบและบันทึกรายการซื้อ-ขาย ใบแจ้งหนี้ และเอกสารทางการเงินต่าง ๆ (Invoices Transaction)
3.จัดทำและยื่นภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย ภ.ง.ด. 3 และ ภ.ง.ด. 53
4.จัดทำรายงานภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VAT) และยื่นแบบภาษีต่อกรมสรรพากร
5.จัดทำงบการเงินประจำเดือน และประสานงานกับผู้สอบบัญชีเมื่อสิ้นปี
6.ดูแลเอกสารทางบัญชีและการเงินให้เป็นระเบียบและตรวจสอบได้ง่าย
7.ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ ฝ่ายขาย และฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล
8.สนับสนุนงานด้านการเงินและบัญชีอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
• Thai National, Male or female, age between 25 - 35 years
• High Vocational Certificate or Bachelor Degree in business in accounting
• The ability to work autonomously and be flexible in their approach, Enthusiastic, Energetic, Systematic thinking, Good team player and able to work under pressure.
Skills Computer: Computer literate in MS, Office programs
Probation period : 4 Months
Hours of work: 09.00 – 18.00hrs
Days of work : 6 days per week (Mon – the 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month)
