• Recruitment & Performance Evaluation

• Developing job descriptions,

• Preparing recruiting advertisements, checking application forms, short listing,

• Interviewing and selecting candidates;

• Working closely with > departments in a consultancy role

• Help improving employee relations and responsible for all that concerned personnel matters

• Building > good relationship between HR and other departments

• Managing > personnel activities from orientation through exit interview

• Age between 25 - 45 years old

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree  in Human Resource, Communication Arts, > Psychology or related field

• Have 1- 5 years working experience in HR role or Admin

• Proficiency in using computer program i.e. Microsoft Office , Payroll program would be advantage.

• Containing excellent interpersonal communication and people skills

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

1. งานบันทึกเวลา และการจัดการบุคคล

2. งานระบบจัดการเงินเดือนและค่าแรง

3. งานด้านสรรหาบุคคลากร

4. งานฝึกอบรม และประเมินวางแผนกำลังคน

5. งานสวัสดิการ/แรงงานสัมพันธ์

6. งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา


* สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
* Good Command of spoken and written English will be an advantage
