Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain IT policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with corporate governance frameworks.
- Develop and manage the annual IT department budget (CAPEX and OPEX).
- Negotiate with vendors and service providers to optimize IT costs.
- Act as the primary point of contact between IT and internal business units to understand and fulfill technology needs.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions effectively.
- Lead and oversee internal IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud services, and hardware.
- Ensure 24/7 system availability and robust disaster recovery plans for critical business operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a senior IT leadership role
- Proven experience in IT Governance, risk management, and compliance
- Strong financial acumen with experience in IT budgeting and cost control
- Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly preferred
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (Networking, Server management, Cloud, Cybersecurity)
- Excellent project management skills (PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus)
- Fluent in Thai and good in English (written and spoken) for professional communication and reporting
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
