Responsibilities
This role is under our joint venture company named Berli Jucker & DHL Supply Chain Logistics Solution (BDL DHL Logistics Solutions)
• Support payroll operations and ensure payroll data accuracy
• Handle OT, shift allowance, and attendance-related calculations
• Monitor and maintain employees’ time attendance records
• Coordinate with related departments regarding payroll information
• Prepare payroll-related reports and documentation
Qualifications
• 2 years of experience in payroll or time attendance functions
• Detail-oriented with good numerical and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with payroll systems will be an advantage
• Good communication in Thai and able to understand English
• Able to work at BJC Office at Soi Rubia, Sukhumvit 42 Road required
