Responsibilities

- โทรติดต่อลูกค้าเพื่อนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์และบริการของบริษัท

- ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสินค้าและโปรโมชั่นแก่ลูกค้า พร้อมตอบข้อสงสัย

- บันทึกข้อมูลลูกค้าและการขายในระบบของบริษัท

- จัดทำรายงานสรุปยอดขายและวิเคราะห์ผลการดำเนินงาน

- ทำงานวันจันทร์-ศุกร์ เวลา 08.30 - 17.00 น.

Qualifications

เพศหญิงหรือชาย อายุระหว่าง 25 - 40 ปี
วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป - ไม่จำกัดสาขา
มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสารเชิงการขาย และเจรจาต่อรอง โน้มน้าวใจลูกค้าได้ดี
มีใจรักงานบริการ/บุคลิกภาพดี/มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
สามารถทำงานภายใต้สภาวะความกดดันและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายอสังหาริมทรัพย์ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ โปรแกรมพื้นฐานได้เป็นอย่างดี Excel Word Power Point
