Responsibilities

วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลธุรกิจและตลาดสินทรัพย์เพื่อระบุโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ๆ
พัฒนาและจัดทำ Financial Model และ Financial Analysis สำหรับโครงการลงทุน
ประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความคุ้มค่าของธุรกิจใหม่ๆ หรือการขยายธุรกิจ
ประสานงานกับสถาบันการเงินและหน่วยงานภายในเพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลและนำเสนอแนวคิด
จัดทำรายงานและนำเสนอผลการวิเคราะห์ต่อผู้บริหารเพื่อประกอบการตัดสินใจ
ติดตามและวิเคราะห์แนวโน้มของตลาดอสังหาริมทรัพย์และสินทรัพย์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

Qualifications

ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขาการเงิน เศรษฐศาสตร์ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์ 10 ปีขึ้นไป ในสายงานวิเคราะห์ธุรกิจ การเงิน หรือการลงทุน
มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการจัดทำ Financial Model และ Financial Analysis
ความเข้าใจในธุรกิจบริหารสินทรัพย์และสถาบันการเงิน
ทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงลึกและการนำเสนอข้อมูลที่ซับซ้อนได้อย่างชัดเจน
ความสามารถในการสื่อสารและทำงานร่วมกับทีมข้ามสายงานได้ดี
หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
