IT Division Manager - Seafresh Industry Public Company Limited

• Lead and manage the IT Applications team to support business operations and drive continuous system improvements.
• Oversee Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) application support, maintenance, enhancement, and implementation projects.
• Analyze business requirements and recommend effective IT solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage Oracle application development and customization using Oracle Forms, Reports, Discoverer, and related Oracle development tools.
• Coordinate with business users and external vendors to ensure timely issue resolution and successful project delivery.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and guidance to team members.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in IT applications or ERP systems, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS) application support and development.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Development Tools, including Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Discoverer, Oracle XML Publisher, and SQL Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL/PLSQL.
• Experience supporting Oracle EBS functional modules such as AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, Order Management, Cost Management, Inventory, Purchasing, and QA.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Oracle application issues while providing technical guidance to users and team members.
• Experience in report development and customization using Oracle Discoverer, Oracle Reports, and Oracle XML Publisher.
• Good understanding of ERP business processes, particularly in Finance & Accounting, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle WebCenter and Oracle Business Intelligence (Oracle BI).
• Experience in Oracle ERP implementation, upgrade, or migration projects.
• Knowledge of ITIL or project management methodologies will be an advantage.
