Human Resources Supervisor - Seafresh Industry Public Company Limited

• อายุ 25-35 ปี
• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล นิติศาสตร์ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน HR อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปีขึ้นไป
• มีประสบการณ์งานระบบมาตรฐาน ISO 2 ปีขึ้นไป 
• ทักษะการจัดทำเอกสาร ตรวจประเมิน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้ดี
• มีภาวะผู้นำ การสื่อสารและการบริหารความขัดแย้ง
• มีความรู้กฎหมายแรงงานและระบบงาน HR ครบวงจร
• มีทักษะวิเคราะห์ปัญหา การสื่อสาร และการบริหารความขัดแย้ง
• มีภาวะผู้นำ มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี รับแรงกดดันได้ดี
• สามารถใช้ระบบ HRIS และโปรแกรม MS Office ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• ความรู้และทักษะในการวางระบบ ISO: การจัดทำเอกสาร, การจัดทำ SOP, การตรวจภายใน, การจัดการ non-conformance และ CAPA (หากมี Certificate ด้าน Internal Auditor จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
