IT Application Supervisor (Oracle E-Business Suite) - Seafresh Industry Public Company Limited

• • Supervise and support daily operations of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications.
  • Provide application support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for Oracle EBS users.
  • Develop, modify, and maintain Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Discoverer, Oracle XML Publisher, and SQL/PLSQL programs.
  • Analyze user requirements and develop application enhancements to support business operations.
  • Coordinate with users, functional teams, and vendors to resolve application issues.
  • Support ERP implementation, enhancement, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Prepare technical documentation and provide user support and training when required.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members.

• • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Applications or Oracle E-Business Suite support and development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Discoverer, Oracle XML Publisher, SQL Developer, and SQL/PLSQL.
  • Experience supporting Oracle EBS modules such as AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, Order Management, Cost Management, Inventory, Purchasing, and QA.
  • Good understanding of Oracle Database and Oracle Application architecture.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Good command of English.

  Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle WebCenter and Oracle Business Intelligence (Oracle BI).
  • Experience in Oracle EBS implementation or system enhancement projects.
  • Experience leading a small technical team or coordinating project activities is an advantage.
