Responsibilities

 การจัดซื้อและการจัดหา (Purchasing & Procurement)
• เป็น SPOC (Single Point of Contact) ด้านการจัดซื้อทั้งหมดระหว่าง UMAMI และ Seafresh Procurement
• รวบรวม Purchase Request (PR) จากสาขา ตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง และเปิด Purchase Order (PO) ใน POS System
• ติดตาม Delivery ให้ตรงตามกำหนด และประสานงานกรณีสินค้าล่าช้าหรือขาดแคลน
• บริหารจัดการ Emergency Purchase ตามขั้นตอนและวงเงินที่กำหนด
• ประสานงานกับ Seafresh Procurement ในการบริหาร Approved Supplier List (ASL) และ Nominate Supplier ใหม่
• รายงานต่อ: Operation Director (UMAMI)
• ประสานงานหลัก (ภายใน): Admin Supervisor, Branch RM, Branch Kitchen Head
• ประสานงานหลัก (ภายนอก): Seafresh Procurement, Seafresh Finance
Spec & Quality
• จัดทำและรักษา Spec Sheet ของสินค้าทุกรายการร่วมกับ Operation Director
• ตรวจสอบว่าสินค้าที่สั่งซื้อตรงตาม Spec ที่กำหนด
• ติดตามและรายงาน ความคลาดเคลื่อน และ Credit Note (CN) กับ Seafresh Finance
• การบันทึกและรายงาน
• จัดทำ Weekly Purchasing Report และ Monthly Purchasing Summary ส่ง GM และ Seafresh
• บันทึก Goods Received (GR) และตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารครบถ้วน
• ดูแลให้ทุก Transaction ใน POS ถูกต้องและครบถ้วนก่อน ส่งข้อมูล
CAPEX Support
• สนับสนุนการเปิด PR/PO ใน Oracle สำหรับรายการ CAPEX ตามที่ GM มอบหมาย
• ประสานงานกับ Seafresh Procurement ในการบริหาร Contract รายการใหญ่

Qualifications

• ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการ โลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• Officer: ประสบการณ์ 1–3 ปี ด้าน Purchasing หรือ Supply Chain
• Senior Officer: ประสบการณ์ 3–5 ปี ด้าน Purchasing โดยเฉพาะในธุรกิจ F&B หรือ Retail จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบสูง รับผิดชอบงานที่ต้องติดตามและประสานงานหลายฝ่ายพร้อมกัน
• สามารถทางานภายใต้ Deadline และสภาพแวดล้อมที่เปลี่ยนแปลงเร็วได้ดี
• ใช้ Microsoft Excel ได้ดี
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการเจรจาที่ดี
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสื่อสารได้ (อ่าน/เขียนเอกสาร)
คุณสมบัติที่จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• รู้จัก ERP หรือ POS System
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานกับ Supplier ในธุรกิจ F&B (วัตถุดิบอาหาร, Packaging, OS&E)
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานกับ ERP System เช่น Oracle, SAP หรือระบบที่คล้ายกัน
• มีความเข้าใจเรื่อง Supply Chain ของธุรกิจอาหาร เช่น Cold Chain, Shelf Life
