Sales Engineer - Material World Co.,Ltd.

Present and provide consultation on Warehouse Solutions / Warehouse Systems based on customer requirements.

Identify and approach new customers, conduct customer visits, and develop new business opportunities for Warehouse Solutions.

Analyze customer requirements, operational processes, and pain points to propose suitable solutions.

Visit customers, conduct site surveys, and gather information for system and solution design.

Provide technical support, calculations, and solution presentations to support the sales team and increase sales opportunities.

Follow up and coordinate with customers and relevant teams throughout project implementation.

Prepare sales reports and monitor Sales Pipeline / Sales Forecast as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in Sales Engineer, Technical Sales, or Solution Sales.

Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.

Willing to travel for customer visits and site surveys.
