Sales & Branch Manager (Northeastern) - ผู้จัดการฝ่ายขายและบริหารสาขาภาคอีสาน

Job Purpose

Responsible for planning and managing the sales of Packaging Materials, Material Handling & Storage Solutions for industrial, manufacturing, logistics, and commercial customers. The position is responsible for sales operations and business development across Northeastern Thailand, with the sales office located in Khon Kaen Province.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team while monitoring performance to ensure the achievement of sales targets and business objectives.

• Expand new business opportunities and increase market share.

• Develop new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

• Present products and business solutions to customers.

• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales successfully.

• Monitor sales performance, analyze sales trends, and provide strategic recommendations to management to drive business growth.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• At least 5–7 years of sales experience in Packaging & Material Handling Solutions, or related B2B industries.

• Good knowledge of the Northeastern Thailand market and customer network.

• Professional appearance and good interpersonal skills.

• Good business acumen with analytical and strategic thinking skills.

• Good command of English for business communication.

• Flexible and willing to travel for business.
