Sales Coordinator - BD Agriculture (Thailand) Co.,Ltd

• Prepare quotations for sales team and agents
• Support sales team and agents during sales process by providing information about equipment.
• Key in sales order and check for correct order entry
• Prepare Proforma Invoices
• Forward product information, shipment dates, installation schedules to sales
• Provide documents for project approval to head of sales coordination/sales manager.
• Familiarized with sales administration processes by completing quote analysis and order management functions, in accordance with the company policy.
• Grasp a good understanding of products and be able to recommend solutions to sales.
• Coordinate with other internal departments for smooth operation for customer’s order.
• Coordinate with overseas affiliate for project handling and product readiness.
• Learned and comprehend Quotation Program to a high level.
• Keep track of the installation process for projects and collect installation acceptance documents from technician.
• Maintain and extend product knowledge through self-study and company provided trainings.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration field
• Good knowledge of Export / Import
• Minimum 2–3-year experience in coordination and customer solution in multinational company
• Good English proficiency Toeic score of 450 and above.
• Have strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Problem solving with logical reasoning.
• Person who has an eye for detail for high accuracy of work output
• Capable of grasping new knowledge in brief period
• Good computer literacy of Microsoft office and Window application
• Experience in the agriculture business will be considered.
