• บำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมระบบสาธารณูปโภคส่วนกลางของอาคาร เช่น ระบบไฟฟ้า ประปา และปรับอากาศ
• ดำเนินการตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์และระบบต่างๆ ตามแผนการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน

• มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานช่างอาคารหรืองานระบบอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
• มีความเข้าใจพื้นฐานในระบบไฟฟ้า ประปา และปรับอากาศของอาคาร
• ทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
• มีความรับผิดชอบและสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
• หากมีใบอนุญาตหรือใบรับรองมาตรฐานช่างไฟฟ้าภายในอาคาร จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
