Responsibilities

ด้านบัญชี (Accounting)

• ดูแลและควบคุมการบันทึกบัญชีทั้งหมดของบริษัทให้ถูกต้องตามมาตรฐานการบัญชี

• ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของบัญชีต้นทุนการผลิตตู้แช่ เช่น วัตถุดิบ, งานระหว่างทำ (WIP), สินค้าสำเร็จรูป (FG)

• ตรวจสอบต้นทุนมาตรฐาน (Standard Cost) ให้สอดคล้องกับ BOM และกระบวนการผลิตจริง

• ทบทวนและควบคุมการปิดงบต้นทุนประจำเดือน พร้อมวิเคราะห์ส่วนต่างต้นทุน (Cost Variance) ของแต่ละสายการผลิต

• ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของการบันทึกบัญชีด้านจ่าย–รับ เช่น AP, AR, GL, FA

• ดูแลการจัดทำงบการเงินรายเดือน/รายไตรมาส/รายปี ก่อนส่งผู้จัดการฝ่ายตรวจสอบ

• ควบคุมการตรวจนับสินค้าคงเหลือประจำเดือนและประจำปีร่วมกับฝ่ายคลังสินค้าและฝ่ายผลิต

• ประสานงานกับผู้สอบบัญชีภายนอกและหน่วยงานราชการ

ด้านการเงิน (Finance)

• ควบคุมกระแสเงินสด (Cash Flow) ทั้งรายรับ–รายจ่ายของบริษัท และจัดทำรายงานกระแสเงินสดประจำสัปดาห์/ประจำเดือน

• วางแผนการเงินเพื่อสนับสนุนการผลิตตู้แช่ เช่น การจัดการวงเงินซื้อวัตถุดิบ, การวางแผนรายจ่ายโครงการลงทุนเครื่องจักร

• ตรวจสอบและอนุมัติการเบิกจ่ายเงิน การออกเช็ค และการโอนเงินของบริษัท

• ดูแลระบบลูกหนี้–เจ้าหนี้ (AR/AP) เพื่อให้การรับ–จ่ายเป็นไปตามนโยบายบริษัท

• ควบคุมเอกสารทางการเงิน เช่น สัญญา, ตารางชำระหนี้, การบริหารภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย

• ตรวจสอบการยื่นภาษี เช่น ภ.พ.30, ภ.ง.ด.1, ภ.ง.ด.3, ภ.ง.ด.53

ด้านบริหารและควบคุมภายใน (Management & Internal Control)

• ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายในการวางระบบบัญชีและการเงินให้มีประสิทธิภาพ และลดความเสี่ยงด้านการควบคุมภายใน

• พัฒนากระบวนการทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายผลิต ฝ่ายคลังสินค้า และฝ่ายจัดซื้อ ให้ข้อมูลบัญชีถูกต้องและทันเวลา

• จัดทำรายงานด้านบัญชี–การเงินสำหรับผู้บริหาร เช่น Dashboard, รายงานวิเคราะห์ต้นทุน, รายงานสรุปกำไร

• ควบคุมทีมบัญชีรายวัน ต้นทุน และการเงิน ให้ทำงานตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด

• งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชีและการเงิน

Qualifications

• ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง • ประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีและการเงิน 5–7 ปีขึ้นไป (เคยทำงานในโรงงานผลิตตู้แช่หรือเคยจัดทำงบการเงินในตลาดหลักทรัพย์มาก่อน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ) และจะต้องมีประสบการณ์ผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชี (External Auditor) • มีความเข้าใจบัญชีต้นทุน (Costing) เป็นอย่างดี โดยเฉพาะระบบในโรงงานผลิต • สามารถปิดงบการเงินและงบต้นทุนได้ • มีประสบการณ์ทำงานกับระบบ ERP เช่น SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Express • สามารถใช้ Excel ได้ดี เช่นสูตร Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH • มีความเป็นผู้นำ แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี และทำงานร่วมกับหลายฝ่าย• มีใบอนุญาตผู้สอบบัญชีรับอนุญาต (CPD/CPA)• ทำงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ (วันจันทร์-วันศุกร์ เข้าออฟฟฟิศ) วันเสาร์ Work from Home
