Responsibilities

รายละเอียดงาน

1. บริหารจัดการและวางแผนตารางการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่แบบผลัด 24/7 รวมถึงจัดทำตารางกำลังคนประจำวัน (Manning Roster)

2. ติดตามและเฝ้าระวังระบบต่าง ๆ แบบเรียลไทม์

3. กำกับดูแลและประสานงานระหว่าง FMC, SOC และ Contact Center ทั้งในภาวะ ปกติและสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉิน

4. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในและภายนอก รวมถึงหน่วยงาน ราชการและหน่วยกู้ภัย

5. ทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ประสานงานหลัก (Key Liaison) ระหวางผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียทุกระดับ

6. บริหารจัดการเหตุการณ์ (Incident) แบบครบวงจร ตั้งแต่การตรวจพบเหตุจนถึงการแก้ไขแล้วเสร็จ

7. ระดมทรัพยากรและดำเนินการยกระดับสถานการณ์ (Escalation) อย่างเหมาะสม ในภาวะวิกฤต

8. ดำเนินการทบทวนหลังเกิดเหตุ (Post-Incident Review) และจัดทำรายงาน After Action Report (AAR)

9. วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการดำเนินงาน เพื่อระบุแนวโน้ม ความเสี่ยง และโอกาสในการปรับปรุง

10. จัดทำรายงานถูกต้องและทันเวลา โดยตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลก่อนนำส่ง

11. จัดทำ Dashboard KPI รายวัน รายสัปดาห์ และรายเดือน พร้อมสรุปเป็น ข้อเสนอแนะเชิงปฏิบัติ

12. เป็นผู้นำในการพัฒนาและทบทวนมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงาน (SOP) สำหรับทุก สถานการณ์ของ DCC ร่วมกับผู้เกี่ยวข้อง

13. ดูแลและปรับปรุงแผนตอบโต้เหตุฉุกเฉิน (Emergency Response Plan: ERP)

รวมถึงวางแผนและจัดการซ้อมแผนอย่ำงสม่ำเสมอ

14. จัดทำมอบหมาย และติดตามแผนปฏิบัติการ (Action Plan) จากผลการตรวจสอบ เหตุการณ์ และการทบทวนการดำเนินงาน

15. ควบคุมให้ทุกทีมปฏิบัติงานสอดคล้องกับ SOP และขั้นตอนการยกระดับเหตุ (Escalation Protocol) ที่กำหนด

16. งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

Qualifications

1. อายุไม่เกิน 40 ปี

2. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ / การจัดการ / การบริหารทรัพยากรอาคาร / วิศวกรรมอาคาร หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง

3. ประสบการณ์ด้านบริหารอาคารสำนักงาน, Commercial, หรืองานบริหารอาคาร อย่างน้อย 5 ปี

4. ถ้าสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
